Sarah Lisson joined Barclay Street Real Estate in 2012 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to David Wallach, the company’s CEO. With over 10 years of client relation experience and extensive management experience, Sarah manages the office’s day-to-day operations and keeps David organized so he can focus on the company and its clients. When not working, Sarah’s daughter keeps her busy but she also enjoys attending the theatre and baking or cooking in her spare time.
Rick joined Barclay Street in 2021. He is integral part of the Office Leasing team and sales/leasing transaction processes, as well as assisting the team in daily activity. As a 2019 University of Calgary graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in economics, he brings both analytic and personable skills to the team.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys playing hockey and softball as well as exploring the mountains, skiing, dirt biking, rock climbing and camping.
Murray brings over 25 years of development in commercial property sales and leasing, build to suit and land development. Murray has perennially been a performer throughout his career, with Top Producer awards from both of his previous firms.
He entered business in 1987 after graduating in Economics at the University of Alberta and pursuing an athletic career, Murray has been actively involved in exclusive landlord/tenant representations, build to suit projects and land sales.
A long time Alberta family, Murray's many interests include his wife and 2 young children, the cottage and many sporting activities.
Jon Mook started his real estate career in 1998 and has built a reputation in Alberta based on integrity, professionalism and above all results. Throughout his career, Jon has headed over 600 transactions in the sales and leasing of industrial properties resulting in hundreds of satisfied clients.
As a local development expert, he has completed over 40 design build facilities where he has played a key role from start to finish of the project, giving Jon in-depth experience in the development of industrial facilities.
As the Executive Vice President of Barclay Street Real Estate's Industrial division, Jon leads a team of dedicated industrial professionals who place service and integrity above all else. The team is committed to helping clients with all services including land and building acquisitions and dispositions, design build facilities/land development and leasing, subleasing and renewals within multi-tenant buildings.
Over the years, Jon has gained the esteem and admiration of his clients and colleagues by demonstrating a strong attention to detail and high degree of market insight in every transaction he negotiates.
Through all stages of a transaction, Jon exercises due diligence to ensure his client’s needs are fully met and all the documentation is complete and accurate. With extensive experience in both the leasing and sales processes in the industrial market, Jon has gained a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all facets to assist with client inquiries from tax appeals to valuations to financing.
With over 23 years in the real estate market, Ann-Marie has gained a well-rounded understanding of the industry. In 1999, she started her career with Barclay Street and after a period with another real estate firm, found her way back to Barclay Street. As the Executive Assistant to Jon Mook for the past 19 years, Ann-Marie works closely with Jon on his Design-Build Projects and also assists the Industrial team ensuring the office is running smoothly and all clients’ needs are met.
She has been managing several industrial properties since she completed her Property Administrator Certification at Mount Royal University in 2015 and remains focused on building tenant relationships, financial management reporting, and managing building operation strategies.
Ryan joined Barclay Street in 2019, bringing with him 5 years of commercial maintenance experience with him. Ryan obtained his 5th Class power Engineering certificate through SAIT in 2016. Ryan takes pride in his work ethic and is very committed to give the highest level of customer service. Ryan spends quality time with his family and his Church Ministry.

With 25 years of experience, Tamara Nowacki has become the financial backbone of Barclay Street Real Estate as the Corporate Controller. After emigrating from Poland in 1986, Tamara joined Barclay Street’s predecessor and has assisted the company through many financial ventures and changes in ownership.
Tamara holds a Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation and Payroll Manager Certification. As head of Barclay Street’s accounting department, Tamara diligently ensures all financial activities and transactions run efficiently, adhere to applicable laws and are handled in a timely manner.
Tamara’s diligent nature extends beyond work into her passion for Tae-kwon-do, where she has received her 1st Dan Black belt. She also enjoys downhill skiing and photography.
Tony comes to Barclay Street from Rancho Realty where he had acquired experience in residential maintenance and this combined with his previous experience combined for 8 years experience in real estate maintenance experience. Tony has developed vary sound practices as it pertains to building operations and currently oversees various assets in the portfolio including industrial, retail and multi-res properties. Tony also has a great deal of experience in the trades and is very proficient in the sourcing and coordinating of various trades that have allowed him to complete various complicated assignments both on time and on budget. Tony demonstrates and acute level of awareness as it pertains to health and safety practices within the company which has proven to be a true asset to the clients by mitigating potential site hazards and reducing risk for their respective properties. In his spare time, Tony enjoys camping, riding his Cruiser and family time in the backyard listening to music with his family.
