Wanda Eilers is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate specializing in Downtown and Suburban Office Leasing in Calgary, Alberta, with over 13 years of experience.
Wanda began her career at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls and went on to enjoy 4.5 successful years there as Senior Lease Negotiator, during which time she represented both Tenants and Landlords. During her last year at Colliers, Wanda was the top producer for the Downtown Office Leasing group. For the next 4 years Wanda exclusively represented Bank of Montreal as Manager, Real Estate (Western Region). During this time, she negotiated new and renewal leases of 258 BMO branches in AB, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the NWT and Yukon Territories. She also negotiated the sale of the Yukon Territories branch.

John Grimshaw first ventured into Commercial Real Estate 15 years ago with the development of rural farmland into 2-acre commercial real estate lots involving sourcing private investors, negotiations, and overseeing contracts. Unsold lots were then further developed into a storage business and light industrial bays for owner user small business.
Over the years he sought education in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Project Management and Architecture giving him a strong foundation before obtaining his Commercial Real Estate Licence.

Doug Grinde began his commercial real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate 20 years ago when he graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Since joining the company, Doug has become an invaluable asset working closely with the Calgary team and is now heading up the Edmonton office as the Vice President for the region.
With a farming background in rural Alberta, Doug knows what it means to work hard and treat people with integrity - his clients are no exception. Kris joined Barclay Street in the spring of 2013 as an Associate for the Downtown Leasing team, became Associate Vice President in 2019, Vice President in 2020 and Executive Vice President in 2023.
Kris immigrated to Canada in 2004 from Shanghai, China. Kris has been gaining experience in various aspects of the real estate business to best guide and advise clients since 2007. He was engaged in operating a real estate consortium which specialized in property acquisition and sales. Kris was partnered with a team of investors to purchase properties for the purpose of improving and reselling them at a profit, and maximize cash flow rentals.

Allan Jones joined Barclay Street Real predecessor, Torode Realty, in 1987 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics. He became an original partner in February 2001 when Torode was sold to Barclay Street.
Allan specializes in downtown office leasing and has represented tenants/subtenants and landlords/sublandlords in over 2.8 million square feet of leasing transactions.
Although Allan deals with numerous large tenants in the marketplace, his specialty over the past 36 years is an Exclusive Listing Agent. He has listed dozens of downtown buildings and sublease assignments over the years with tremendous success. Allan has never lost a listing due to non-performance. Allan’s list of Tenants and Landlords he has represented and space he has listed and leased is extensive and impressive. George Larson’s involvement with the Calgary commercial real estate market began in 1986 when he joined Barclay Street Real Estate’s predecessor as the General Sales Manager. Prior to joining the company George worked in banking and commercial lending services for 22 years, which included directing a financial institution as a General Manager.
In 1991, George took on the responsibilities of a Senior Negotiator, which he continues to carry out today. He was also a member of the partnership group that acquired the brokerage from a public company in 2001. As a senior investment sales associate of the firm, George works closely with the Barclay Street Real Estate investment sales team to ensure maximum added value is provided to his clients. In his career, George has sold over $500 million in real estate properties.
George’s areas of specialization have been the mid-size retail and office sectors in Calgary and Edmonton with properties in an approximate range of $5 to $25 Million. He travels monthly to major Canadian cities to meet clients and attends ICSC conferences and other real estate forums. Myles is a Retail Leasing Professional at Barclay Street, joining the team in 2021. As a licensed Associate, Myles offers his services to landlords, tenants and local and national retailers throughout Calgary and southern Alberta. After spending the last two plus decades working on both the production side of oil & gas as well as the operations side of the hospitality sector, he brings a unique perspective, having success as an operational manager in several fields, including various retail driven settings.

Aline is an Associate with the Edmonton Retail Team at Barclay Street. She received her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, completing her undergraduate degree in Economics and Law, and holds a Certificate in Real Estate studies. She was a member of the winning team for the 2019 NAIOP Battle of Alberta Real Estate Challenge. During her time in university, Aline also worked in retail banking.

Luke Stiles has over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. During that time, he has been active in the marketing, sales and leasing for projects involving land development, design builds, and building redevelopments. Luke has negotiated a wide range of transactions on behalf of tenants, landlords, owner/users and developers to provide top level service and valuable solutions. While Luke has previously focused on industrial and land plays, he has the tools to provide his clients with insight to the investment dynamics between all of the commercial real estate sectors. David’s career started over 35 years ago in Israel where he owned a successful insurance brokerage and was President and GM of his favorite professional basketball team. However, David saw bigger opportunities in his future when he, his wife and three children immigrated to Canada in 1999.
In 2000, David joined Torode Real Estate and began his career in Canadian commercial real estate. He was later invited to join a group of senior negotiators who bought Torode real estate brokerage in 2001. In 2003, David assumed the leadership role of President/Broker, and in 2004 the brokerage was rebranded under the name Barclay Street Real Estate.
In a few short years, David has made strides in growing Barclay Street locally and internationally. In late 2006, David added Property Management to Barclay Street’s portfolio of services and the division has grown dramatically in the last few years with properties throughout Alberta, managing today over 5 million Sq. Ft.
To expand Barclay’s national and global reach, David formed a partnership in 2011 with TCN Worldwide, a real estate services organization. As a member of TCN Worldwide, Barclay Street has the ability to service their customers on a local and international level through a network of over 1200 commercial real estate Brokers and Associates. In 2012 David was elected to the TCN Worldwide Board of Directors and served until 2019.
In April 2013, David received his CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
In June 2014, David launched a new venture, Triumph Real Estate Investment Fund. A private REIT focused on acquiring revenue producing properties in defined markets both in Canada and the U.S.A. David is Founder and President and is responsible for all real estate matters of the Fund as well as involved in raising funds for Triumph.
2016 to 2020, David co-chaired the Calgary Economic Development Real Estate Advisory Committee.
2022 to Current, David was re-elected to the Board of Directors for TCN Worldwide.
