Chris Mott joined Barclay Street in May 2025 as a Condominium Manager. Chris brings a wealth of hands-on experience and technical knowledge to Barclay Street, having developed his expertise over nearly two decades in the property and condominium management industry.

Emma Peech joined Barclay Street as a Property Administrator in 2025, where she provides day-to-day support and ensures operations run smoothly.

Jason is a Senior Property and Condominium Manager with extensive experience overseeing a diverse range of properties. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, he leverages his background in property maintenance to ensure buildings operate seamlessly.

Jeff has over 35 years of building operations experience starting in 1989 as a maintenance personnel, by 1991 Jeff obtained his Building Operator “A” Certification. In 2012 Jeff was Certified as a SMA, Systems Maintenance Administrator through BOMI. Jeff has had the privilege to work with a few established management companies both big and small. During this time he has developed an extensive and in-depth knowledge relating to industrial, retail, residential and commercial properties throughout the Calgary area. In Jeff’s spare time he enjoys the solitude of his lake side cabin in the St. Paul area.

Peter is passionate about real estate because it is a fast paced industry with unique challenges and he strives to solve problems efficiently while building strong relationships. He is a licensed associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta and graduated from University of Calgary.

As Vice President of the Property Management Division and with over 35 years of property management experience, Shirley offers her clients and tenants a high level of expertise and care.

Tammy began her career in Property Management in 2020, focusing on residential properties. In September 2023, she joined Barclay Street Real Estate, where she expanded her expertise to include residential, commercial, and retail condominiums.
