Aline Schoepp is an Associate with Barclay Street Real Estate’s Edmonton team, specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout Greater Edmonton, with a particular focus on Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and the surrounding Parkland region.
Her experience spans retail, industrial, and office leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. She works with property owners, investors, local businesses, national tenants and government occupiers, providing market insight and hands-on representation throughout the leasing and sales process.

In 2000, David launched his career in Canadian commercial real estate by joining Torode Real Estate. The following year, he became part of a group of senior negotiators who acquired the Torode real estate brokerage. By 2003, David had taken on the role of President and Broker, and the brokerage was rebranded as Barclay Street Real Estate.

George Larson’s involvement with the Calgary commercial real estate market began in 1986 when he joined Barclay Street Real Estate’s predecessor as the General Sales Manager. Prior to joining the company George worked in banking and commercial lending services for 22 years, which included directing a financial institution as a General Manager.

Karen J Barry is a 30-year expert in the field of commercial real estate valuation and disposition of mid market investment real estate. Karen is a generalist who compiles the best available talent for each individual project she collaborates on including for asset classes including: Income producing, retail, multi family, industrial, and large tract development land.

Manish Adiani began his Commercial Real Estate career after certification in 2010. Having worked with a major real estate firm, he has specialized in sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties and also been active in selling redevelopment lands in Calgary.

His clientele ranges from private investors to institutional clients and from local businesses to national retailers. Working through a wide range of transactions, Manish knows how to prioritize and get the best results for his clients. He has a customer-service-centric approach to real estate that has earned a loyalty from his repeat clientele. Being a candidate of the CCIM institute, he has the knowledge and expertise to achieve measurable and favourable results.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Richard Lewis offers his clients expert advice and a practical perspective on their real estate investments. After working in hospitality management for 5 years, Richard started his commercial real estate career with Torode Realty, Barclay Street’s predecessor in 1989.
