Tammy became a licensed Condominium Manager in 2026. She began her Property Management career in 2020, focusing on residential properties. In September 2023, she joined Barclay Street Real Estate, where she expanded her expertise to include residential, commercial, and retail condominiums.

Known for her exceptional customer service and friendly, approachable nature, Tammy is skilled at resolving concerns and fostering positive relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors alike.

Outside of work, Tammy treasures time with her grandchildren – and is always happy to share a photo or two! She’s also an avid reader and passionate quilter, having created several meaningful quilts for her family. When she truly wants to unwind, you’ll find her relaxing on a beach, listening to the waves and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
