Aline Schoepp is an Associate with Barclay Street Real Estate’s Edmonton team, specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout Greater Edmonton, with a particular focus on Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and the surrounding Parkland region.
Her experience spans retail, industrial, and office leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. She works with property owners, investors, local businesses, national tenants and government occupiers, providing market insight and hands-on representation throughout the leasing and sales process.

Allan specializes in office leasing and has represented tenants/subtenants and landlords/sublandlords in over 2.8 million square feet of leasing transactions. Although Allan deals with numerous large tenants in the marketplace, his specialty over the past 38 years is an Exclusive Listing Agent.

Since joining Barclay Street Real Estate in 1987, Bill Falagaris has become a respected leader among his clients, colleagues and fellow brokers and developed a reputation based on his professional and honourable approach to his clients and the business.

Hunter Snyder is a licensed Associate specializing in office leasing and sales, working with clients to support their commercial real estate requirements across Calgary’s office market.Hunter brings a strong foundation of teamwork, leadership, and analytical thinking to his role.

Kris joined Barclay Street in the spring of 2013 as an Associate for the Downtown Leasing team, became Associate Vice President in 2019, Vice President in 2020, Executive Vice President in 2023 and Partner in 2024.

Murray specializes in Beltline and Suburban office leasing in Calgary, Alberta, with over 6 years experience in the industry. Murray began his real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate and then continuing his career with a national brokerage. During this time, Murray honed his negotiating skills, became an expert in the market and built strong relationships with many local and international clients.

Ryan Boyne is an associate specializing in office leasing. He has been in the practice of Commercial Real Estate since graduating in the top percentile of his faculty at the Haskayne School of Business.
He was the sole recipient of a major student grant issued by CREB, for Top Outstanding Performance in his faculty (Real Estate Studies), this has helped him position himself as an award-winning real estate professional who is striving to earn your business.
