Iris Matta is a dedicated supply chain professional with over a decade of experience across diverse industries in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore. Her international experience, combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Philippines, has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective on business operations, procurement, and supply chain management.

Iris began her journey at Barclay Street Real Estate as a part-time Accounting Assistant before transitioning into a full-time Purchasing Officer role. Through her dedication, industry knowledge, and commitment to continuous improvement, she was promoted to Purchasing Manager in November 2026.

Further strengthening her professional foundation, Iris completed her Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in Supply Chain Management, at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2024. The knowledge and practical skills she gained through her studies, combined with her extensive industry experience, allow her to bring valuable insights and fresh perspectives to the organization.

Iris believes that collaboration, effective communication, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement are essential to achieving success. Her diverse experience, technical knowledge, and ability to work well with others make her a valuable member of the team. She looks forward to contributing her expertise, supporting her colleagues, and working collaboratively to strengthen the property management team and help achieve the company’s overall goals.
