With over 20 years of experience in the property maintenance industry, Justin Boisonault has developed a wealth of expertise in facility management and operations. Throughout his career, Justin has worked with renowned organizations such as Bethany Care Society, where he has spent more than 15 years in a leadership capacity. His extensive background includes hands-on property maintenance, team management, and ensuring the efficient functioning of residential and commercial properties.
In addition to his work in property maintenance, Justin has a strong commitment to the non-profit sector, contributing his skills and passion to make a positive impact on the community. Currently, he continues to serve with Bethany Care Society, where he plays an integral role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff alike.
Outside of his professional life, Justin enjoys a variety of hobbies, including boating, fishing, and indulging in his love for sports cars. His diverse interests and commitment to excellence make him a well-rounded individual who approaches both work and life with dedication and enthusiasm.

Pat Farrell has worked in a variety of buildings in the downtown core and beltline and has accumulated 25 years of experience in the field of maintenance and operations.

Pat joined Barclay Street Real Estate in 2008.  As the Building Operations Manager of the HSBC Building, he oversees all maintenance and management of the building and assists with other properties as required. He graduated from the Southern Institute of Technology and holds a 5th class Engineer's Certificate.

Natasha has joined the Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd. as a Property Accountant in July of 2016.Natasha’s prior long professional journey involved different finance and accounting companies in different countries: Moldova, Russia and Israel. She immigrated to Canada with her family in October 1998. The first eight years she worked in public accounting companies where she acquired invaluable experience in Canadian accounting and taxation. Through this experience she built strong skills and solid foundation that is required to work with small businesses. Natasha’s cumulative accounting experience in Canada is over 20 years.
Natasha earned 2 bachelor degrees in Finances/Economics and in Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Moldova. Her education was recognized in both Israel and Canada. Since then she has completed numerous accounting related programs/courses in Israel (graduated as an accountant from H.I.S.G College -Tel Aviv) and Canada (SAIT).
In her spare time Natasha enjoys spending time with her family and her pets. She loves traveling and has a passion for arts: literature, music, painting and theatre.

Jason is a Senior Property and Condominium Manager with extensive experience overseeing a diverse range of properties. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, he leverages his background in property maintenance to ensure buildings operate seamlessly.
A proud Calgarian, Jason earned a degree in Business Administration from Mount Royal University.
Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and exploring Calgary’s parks with his dog.
