Property Management

Chris Mott joined Barclay Street in May 2025. Chris began his career involving properties back in 2008 by being the team lead on a security contract for Torode Realty Ltd at Arriva 34, a 164 residential unit luxury high rise building in Victoria Park. During this time, he learned many skills beyond the routine requirements monitoring surveillance cameras and supervising a team of security guards. He was promptly hired to work directly for the Condo Board as a Concierge/Building Admin once the security contract was cancelled. During this time, Chris began to familiarize himself with all facets of building security, CCTV, fire protection, mechanical systems and Corporation Bylaws.
After a decade at Arriva 34, Chris transitioned into Property Management and becoming a licensed Condominium Manager under RECA. His extensive prior experience working onsite in a high rise tower from construction to full occupancy provides him with a background of knowledge and hands on experience that isn't common in the industry.
Chris moved to Calgary from Vancouver Island in 2006. He is still a Vancouver Canucks fan but will cheer for the Calgary Flames in certain circumstances. He completed a Culinary Arts program at Vancouver Island University and is often experimenting in the kitchen. He also enjoys playing electric guitar, downhill mountain biking and exploring Fish Creek park in his free time.

Svitlana is a professional in the financial sector with more than 15 years of experience, having worked in Ukraine, Poland, and now in Canada. Having moved to Canada with her family in February 2023, she continued her extensive career by working at Barclay Street Real Estate in Autumn of the same year. She has a master's degree in Finances from Wroclaw Business University of Poland and a master's degree in Engineering from Kharkiv Polytechnic University of Ukraine.

Trevor comes to Barclay Street Real Estate from Fish Creek Maintenance LTD as a general maintenance worker for 5 years. Having taken welding, wood working, and safety courses at SAIT, Trevor has performed a wide range of repairs on many commercial, residential, and retail buildings. Over the years, he has obtained a general knowledge on where a site needs service and providing the best route. He entered the property management world to explore his passion for working onsite, problem solving and getting the necessary repairs done in a timely and safe manner.
In addition to his primary job functions, Trevor was recognized for his commitment to providing quick and helpful service to all clients. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys his 1986 Toyota Mr2, the outdoors, and studying theology.
