Karim Dada recently joined Barclay Street as Associate Broker with the Beltline and Suburban Office Leasing team. He was originally with the company over 17 years ago when he worked as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. He went on to work on the landlord side in a variety of capacities and has a strong background in accounting, finance, commercial property management and project management.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he recognizes the importance of long term relationship building with tenants, landlords, brokers and service providers.

Wanda Eilers is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate specializing in Downtown and Suburban Office Leasing in Calgary, Alberta, with over 11 years of experience.
Wanda began her career at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls and went on to enjoy 4.5 successful years there as Senior Lease Negotiator, during which time she represented both Tenants and Landlords. During her last year at Colliers, Wanda was the top producer for the Downtown Office Leasing group. For the next 4 years Wanda exclusively represented Bank of Montreal as Manager, Real Estate (Western Region). During this time, she negotiated new and renewal leases of 258 BMO branches in AB, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the NWT and Yukon Territories. She also negotiated the sale of the Yukon Territories branch.
Wanda is highly regarded by her associates as experienced, hard working, a problem solver, service oriented, and attentive to detail when representing her Clients. She applies these attributes from the early stages of determining the intricacies of the customer’s needs, through the selection and touring of the best options, to the Offer and ultimately to Lease negotiation and execution.
During the years Wanda took leave from her career to raise her 4 children, she continued to upgrade her skills and was actively involved in the community. She is near to completing the Interior Design Certificate program from U of C, which will assist her to help her clients. Wanda enjoys volunteering, whether in schools, on her BC Condominium Board where she managed the redesign and residing of the 155 unit development, or currently as sitting Board Member of Alberta Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined.
Wanda also enjoys spending free time with her family and friends, has a passion for travel, and enjoys sports including skiing and waterskiing, exercise, the arts, painting when time allows, and taking courses.
Since joining Barclay Street Real Estate in 1987, Bill Falagaris has become a respected leader among his clients, colleagues and fellow brokers and developed a reputation based on his professional and honourable approach to his clients and the business.
As a veteran Leasing Associate, Bill specializes in Downtown and Beltline areas in Calgary and has leased over 3 million square feet throughout his career. With a degree in Business from Mount Royal University and over 34 years of client relation experience, Bill has a comprehensive understanding of inner workings of a business and how to find real estate solutions that will help a business prosper.
Over the years, Bill has gained extensive experience representing both the tenant and landlord in the leasing process. As a representative of landlords, Bill has acted as exclusive agent for a number of office buildings and successfully leased his listings to 100% occupancy. As a representative of tenants, Bill has assisted many clients with leasing negotiations for new spaces and for their existing premises so they reach an agreement that helps them achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of work, Bill is a family man at heart and spends much of his free time doing many activities with his family. He also is a sport and auto racing enthusiast.
Murray specializes in Beltline and Suburban office leasing in Calgary, Alberta, with over 6 years experience in the industry. Murray began his real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate and then continuing his career with a national brokerage. During this time, Murray honed his negotiating skills, became an expert in the market and built strong relationships with many local and international clients. Murray was awarded as the highest performing first year associate after successful closing 38 lease and sale transactions in his first year with the national brokerage.
Murray returned to Barclay Street in 2022 and looks to continue to provide top quality services in facilitating lease negotiations for both institutional/local landlords and tenants.

Murray is a proud born and raised Calgarian and enjoys his spare time outdoors, skiing, golfing and camping with his son.
Nicky joined Barclay Street in the spring of 2021 and assists the Suburban, Beltline, and Downtown Office Leasing teams in the creation of marketing material, legal documentation, research, and listing database management.
Nicky comes with an intensive Insurance background working as a licensed Broker and Claims Adjuster until 5 years ago where she transitioned to an Administration position with a major agricultural company.
On her spare time Nicky spends her time with her husband and two kids where they enjoy the comforts of their lake community.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of New Brunswick, Ian entered the commercial real estate industry and has gained an array of experience in leasing, sales, and property management. Ian’s history with Barclay Street dates back to the company’s predecessor having joined in 1984.
With extensive experience in both tenant and landlord representation, Ian has gained a full understanding of the leasing process so he can best represent his client’s interests and negotiate diligently for an optimal outcome.
