Manish Adiani began his Commercial Real Estate career after certification in 2010. Having worked with a major real estate firm, he has specialized in sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties and also been active in selling redevelopment lands in Calgary.
His clientele ranges from private investors to institutional clients and from local businesses to national retailers. Working through a wide range of transactions, Manish knows how to prioritize and get the best results for his clients. He has a customer-service-centric approach to real estate that has earned a loyalty from his repeat clientele. Being a candidate of the CCIM institute, he has the knowledge and expertise to achieve measurable and favourable results.
Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Manish owned and managed businesses in both the retail and restaurant industries. Manish is married and loves to spend time with his family and friends. Giving back to the community by volunteering for institutions such as Calgary Drop-in Centre, Children’s Cottage Society and Ronald McDonald House is also an important aspect of his life.
Dapo comes to Barclay Street with almost 10 years in Maintenance from the manufacturing and oil and gas industries. He has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nigeria and currently pursuing his 4th Class power engineering with ABSA. Customer service is his way of life which he does with ease and promptly. In Dapo’s spare time he enjoys working out or playing basketball in the gym.
Mandy comes to Barclay Street from Boardwalk Properties where she spent time as a Residential Service Associate since 2017, prior to that she spent 5-years as a Client Liaison and Services Rep for several collection companies. She has a certificate in Computers from SAIT.
As a member of the Larson/Adiani Investment Sales Team, Blair takes pride in providing market intelligence to his clients and ensuring they have all the tools they need to make timely, educated decisions. He has leveraged his experience in a technical and client-focused environment into Commercial Real Estate with Barclay Street Real Estate. His attention to detail and advisory experience form the foundation of his quality service mandate.
Blair grew up in Red Deer, Alberta and graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Specializing in Geology. He spent the first part of his career in the oilfield working in North Dakota, Saskatchewan and Alberta before settling in Calgary to start his family and work at an established and respected petroleum reserves evaluation firm for 14 years as a Senior Geologist.
Jay comes to Barclay Street after spending the last 23 years in elite level hockey development. In those years Jay has developed an understanding as to how various parties have to work together in becoming a team, to accomplish a goal. Jay currently overseas a diversity of assets including industrial and multi residential complex’s. In his free time Jay enjoys playing hockey, fly fishing and camping.
Kelly has had a successful 35 year career in commercial real estate and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and creativity to every deal. His success has been on a wide range of deal types and sizes, through many different economic cycles. His leadership, reputation and integrity are key factors contributing to his consistent success.
Kelly started his career in 1982 as Research Director for an international brokerage firm, moved to work with a national office building developer, then managed a real estate brokerage office for a major banking institution and then for the past 25 years has worked in investment sales of commercial real estate.
Kelly is the past President of Torode Realty Ltd. (Now Barclay Street) where he led the privatization and shareholder purchase of the firm. After serving as President he returned to selling full time. Kelly has lead significant fund raising events for various organizations, recent past Board of West Island College and active with his children’s competitive sporting endeavours in ski racing and golf.
Alex comes to Barclay Street with nearly 15 years of property management experience. In addition he brings almost 20 years of leasing experience. Primarily working as a commercial landlord in large mixed-use portfolios consisting of residential, retail, office and industrial assets, Alex brings a well rounded perspective on cost management, landlord risk, tenant relations and maintaining property values. Alex’s no nonsense style helps to ensure tenant relations are clear and transparent while being fair and attentive to their needs. In addition to this experience, Alex has many years of governance and director training knowledge that he can bring to his Boards, his easy going personality provides stability to your board governance and a proactive approach to management issues. He also brings many years of mentoring and coaching experience to help with the growing Property Management team at Barclay Street.
Having grown up in Calgary, Alex has seen its growth over the last 30+ years and the challenges that can present. He opted to stay in the city to complete his university degrees and raise his own family. Alex is a dedicated volunteer and family man that understands the importance of work/life balance. Of course, he still makes time to enjoy a good foodie experience or to cheer on his favourite sports teams.
Angela joined Barclay Street in February 2017 as the main Receptionist providing administrative support to both property management and brokerage. Being new to the real estate industry, Angela has found a real keenness to pursue a career in the property management side of the real estate business undertaking small projects and participating condominium AGM meetings to gain knowledge in the condominium management industry.
Angela’s background prior to this was in customer service working as a Billing Specialist & Collections Supervisor for major utility companies and through this has developed very strong customer service skills and abilities that have proven to be a great asset to Barclay Street Real Estate.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys training at the gym, going to movies, reading.
Cynthia holds a CCIM, as a Certified Commercial Investment Member, the highest globally recognized designation in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, and a CFP, an internationally recognized designation of Certified Financial Planner, and an MBA degree from the U.S. in Marketing with multilingual skills in English, Chinese and Japanese. Cynthia holds real estate licences in Alberta and British Columbia and has been actively involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. Placing others best interests first with client-focused values, she has been an award-winning top producer every single year of her commercial real estate career.
With the background of an award-winning Investment and Insurance Specialist, a certified Financial Planner in the Canadian Financial Industry, extensive knowledge and experience in providing holistic financial pictures and strategies, all keenly focused and applied to help her clients make sound real estate decisions.

Wanda Eilers is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate specializing in Downtown Office Leasing in Calgary, Alberta for 9 years.
She began her career at a competitive International Brokerage in 1988 and went on to enjoy four successful years as Senior Lease Negotiator, during which time she represented both Tenants and Landlords. During the last year at this firm Wanda was the top producer for the Downtown Office Leasing group.
For the next four years, Wanda represented Bank of Montreal exclusively, as Manager, Real Estate, Western Region. During this time, she negotiated all new and renewal leases of 258 Bank of Montreal branches in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest and Yukon Territories. She also negotiated the Yukon Territories Bank of Montreal branch sale.
Wanda is highly regarded by her associates as hard working, service oriented, and attentive to detail from the early stages of determining the intricacies of the customer’s needs, through the selection of appropriate space and the touring stage, to the Offer to Lease and ultimately to Lease execution.
During the years Wanda took leave from her career to raise her four children, she continued to upgrade her skills and to be actively involved in the community. She is near to completing the Interior Design Certificate program from University of Calgary, which will assist her to help her clients.
Wanda enjoys volunteering, whether in schools, on her BC Condominium Board where she managed the redesign and residing of the 155 unit development, or currently as sitting Board Member of Alberta Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined.
Wanda also enjoys spending free time with her family and friends, has a passion for travel, and enjoys sports including skiing and waterskiing, exercise, the arts, painting when time allows, and taking courses.
