Our Team

In late March of 2024, Anders began his role as a Downtown Office Leasing Assistant at Barclay Street Real Estate. Raised in Calgary, he has been immersed in the real estate industry his entire life, having always found it fascinating and intriguing. After graduating from West Island College in 2020, Anders spent two years playing in a Jr. A hockey in New York and Louisiana before accepting a scholarship to Adrian College. There, Anders pursued a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish. However, after a few years, he decided to return to Calgary, concluding his hockey career to focus on my professional ambitions.

This upcoming fall, he is planning to enroll at either the University of Calgary or Mount Royal University to complete his remaining semesters and earn my degree while continuing his work at Barclay Real Estate. Additionally, Anders is actively pursuing his Broker's license to advance within Barclay Street and the broader real estate realm. Family, friends, and both personal and professional relationships are deeply important to him, as is dedication and hard work.

Outside of work, his passions lie in sports, particularly hockey. He is an enthusiastic NHL fan, especially when it comes to cheering on the Flames.

Emma Peech recently joined the team as a Property Administrator, where she provides day-to-day support and ensures operations run smoothly. She brings strong organizational skills and a fresh perspective to the role, making her a valuable part of the team. Emma is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry while building her professional experience. Outside of work, she enjoys aviation, drawing, and exploring new creative projects.

Svitlana is a professional in the financial sector with more than 15 years of experience, having worked in Ukraine, Poland, and now in Canada. Having moved to Canada with her family in February 2023, she continued her extensive career by working at Barclay Street Real Estate in Autumn of the same year. She has a master's degree in Finances from Wroclaw Business University of Poland and a master's degree in Engineering from Kharkiv Polytechnic University of Ukraine.

Tammy began her career in Property Management in 2020, focusing on residential properties. In September 2023, she joined Barclay Street Real Estate, where she expanded her expertise to include residential, commercial, and retail condominiums.

Known for her exceptional customer service and friendly, approachable nature, Tammy is skilled at resolving concerns and fostering positive relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors alike. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident as she currently works toward obtaining her Condominium Management license.

Outside of work, Tammy treasures time with her grandchildren—and is always happy to share a photo or two! She’s also an avid reader and passionate quilter, having created several meaningful quilts for her family. When she truly wants to unwind, you’ll find her relaxing on a beach, listening to the waves and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
