Phil joined Barclay Street Real Estate’s Retail team in 2026 as an Retail Leasing Assistant, working alongside Joshua Gill, Senior Associate on retail leasing and investment sales across Calgary and Southern Alberta.

Phil brings four years of brokerage experience from British Columbia, where he built residential practices in both Prince George and Kelowna representing more than $14.5 million in sales volume. Working in two distinctly different markets sharpened his skills in pricing, negotiation and guiding clients through major financial decisions.

Now based in Calgary, Phil takes the same client-first approach to supporting retail landlords, tenants and investors.
