Kevin Ogle is a Business Development Consultant with Barclay Street Real Estate, where he leads the development of new business opportunities and strategic real estate services across Western Canada. With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Kevin has built a career at the intersection of investment strategy, asset stewardship, and capital deployment. His expertise spans multiple market cycles and asset classes, with a particular focus on aligning real estate with institutional‑grade equity and debt structures.

Kevin has overseen investments from acquisition through disposition, leasing, construction, and long‑term management. As the sole director of numerous single‑purpose entities, he has managed assets on behalf of Canadian pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and university endowments. Previously, he served as an executive within the affinity group of a global real estate services corporation, contributing to the oversight of more than 75 million square feet of residential, office, retail, and industrial property across Western Canada.

Beyond his professional mandates, Kevin has served on the Board of Governors of Opportunity International and holds accreditation with the Institute of Corporate Directors, underscoring his commitment to governance, impact, and community building. He is Chair of the Asset Advisory Committee at Scouts Canada, advising on the portfolio of over 200 properties, ranging in size from 50 acres to 5,000 acers across Canada.  He regularly collaborates with investors, family offices, and institutional partners seeking strategic guidance and high‑quality deal flow in the Canadian real estate landscape.
