In 2000, David launched his career in Canadian commercial real estate by joining Torode Real Estate. The following year, he became part of a group of senior negotiators who acquired the Torode real estate brokerage. By 2003, David had taken on the role of President and Broker, and the brokerage was rebranded as Barclay Street Real Estate.

Nicky joined Barclay Street in spring 2021 as an Administrative Assistant, supporting teams like Suburban, Beltline, and Downtown Office Leasing, Investment, Retail, and Industrial. She managed marketing materials, legal documents, research, and listing databases. Her excellent work led to her becoming Office Manager in 2023, where she efficiently oversees daily operations. Nicky’s management skills now benefit the entire office, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
