Myles is a Calgary based Commercial Real Estate Professional specializing in Retail Leasing, Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta.

Prior to commercial real estate, Myles held operational and management roles within the hospitality and retail sectors, as well as working on the production side of Alberta’s oil and gas industry. That experience shaped his practical approach to commercial real estate and gives him firsthand understanding of the considerations that go into operating a business from leased premises.

Today, Myles works on both sides of the leasing transaction, representing landlords as well as local, regional and national tenants. His extensive landlord representation experience provides valuable perspective when advising tenants, including an understanding of how ownership evaluates opportunities, structures transactions and approaches negotiations. For tenant clients, his approach begins with understanding the business first, then finding and negotiating the real estate that best supports it.

Myles has been recognized with multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards for significant retail transactions.

Myles has spent more than 20 years working and residing in Calgary’s broader downtown area. He has a genuine appreciation for the city and enjoys being part of the community, whether attending Flames games, supporting local neighbourhood businesses or volunteering with Feed the Hungry.
