    Andrew Sherbut is a Commercial Real Estate Professional specializing in retail leasing across Southern and Central Alberta. A graduate of the University of Calgary’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program, he also holds Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate designations from the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

    Before entering real estate, Andrew spent over a decade managing some of Calgary’s most iconic restaurants, giving him a unique perspective on what drives successful retail and how to achieve it.

    Since 2019, Andrew has served as Vice President at Barclay Street Real Estate, representing developers, landlords, and both local and national retailers. His work has been recognized with CoStar’s Power Broker Award for notable retail transactions in 2021 and Lease of the Year in 2023. Known for his market expertise, professionalism, and client-first approach, Andrew continues to help his clients succeed in Alberta’s retail market.

    Outside of work, Andrew is a new father who loves traveling with his wife and son, always on the lookout for great coffee and even better tequila.
