Aline Schoepp is an Associate with Barclay Street Real Estate’s Edmonton team, specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout Greater Edmonton, with a particular focus on Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and the surrounding Parkland region.

Her experience spans retail, industrial, and office leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. She works with property owners, investors, local businesses, national tenants and government occupiers, providing market insight and hands-on representation throughout the leasing and sales process.

In 2026, Aline received Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award, recognizing emerging professionals expected to have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry. She was also recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for a Top Office Leasing Deal in Edmonton in Q1 2026.

Aline studied Economics and Law at the University of Alberta and earned a Certificate in Real Estate Studies. She was also a member of the winning team in the 2019 NAIOP Battle of Alberta Real Estate Challenge.

Her local market perspective is strengthened by three years of involvement with the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce, including service on its Board of Directors, and her continued engagement with the Spruce Grove and Stony Plain business communities.
