John Grimshaw first ventured into Commercial Real Estate 15 years ago with the development of rural farmland into 2-acre commercial real estate lots involving sourcing private investors, negotiations, and overseeing contracts. Unsold lots were then further developed into a storage business and light industrial bays for owner user small business.
Over the years he sought education in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Project Management and Architecture giving him a strong foundation before obtaining his Commercial Real Estate Licence.
Building multiple small businesses from the ground up and going full cycle to selling them and having bought and sold various commercial properties over the years gives John Grimshaw the experience to guide first time buyers through the benefits of Commercial Real Estate Investment. Having been one himself John understands owner user benefits and investing capital back into business in preference of leasing space. With his time at Barclay Real Estate, he looks forward to working with sophisticated Real Estate Investors who are looking to purchase additional income properties and adding to their portfolios.
