Alex started with Barclay Street Real Estate as Condominium Manager in June 2019. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several residential condominium properties around the city.
Alex relocated from London, UK to Canada in 2015, and has since then worked within Property Management. Alex has landed a Property Administrator position with a Condominium Management company in 2015 and has within two years become Condominium Manager.
Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Communications, as well as, MA in Legal Translation from Kingston University, London, UK. She spent first years after graduation working in the UK, with Bank of America Financial Centre.
In Canada, after over 3 years within property management, Alex has managed all types of residential properties and is now looking at becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate as well as an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM).
Allan Jones joined Barclay Street Real predecessor, Torode Realty, in 1987 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics. He became an original partner in February 2001 when Torode was sold to Barclay Street.
Allan specializes in downtown office leasing and has represented tenants/subtenants and landlords/sublandlords in over 2.8 million square feet of leasing transactions.
Although Allan deals with numerous large tenants in the marketplace, his specialty over the past 30 years is an Exclusive Listing Agent. He has listed dozens of downtown buildings and sublease assignments over the years with tremendous success. Allan has never lost a listing due to non-performance.
In his spare time, Allan enjoys spending time with his family and travelling. As an avid sports fan, Allan plays hockey in the winter and golf in the summer.
George Larson’s involvement with the Calgary commercial real estate market began in 1986 when he joined Barclay Street Real Estate’s predecessor as the General Sales Manager. Prior to joining the company George worked in banking and commercial lending services for 22 years, which included directing a financial institution as a General Manager.
In 1991, George took on the responsibilities of a Senior Negotiator, which he continues to carry out today. He was also a member of the partnership group that acquired the brokerage from a public company in 2001. As a senior investment sales associate of the firm, George works closely with the Barclay Street Real Estate investment sales team to ensure maximum added value is provided to his clients. In his career, George has sold over $500 million in real estate properties.
George’s areas of specialization have been the mid-size retail and office sectors in Calgary and Edmonton with properties in an approximate range of $5 to $25 Million. He travels monthly to major Canadian cities to meet clients and attends ICSC conferences and other real estate forums. In his career, he has successfully represented, as exclusive agent, many of Canada’s leading private and institutional investors in their acquisition and divestiture activity in the Alberta market.
As an avid family man, George enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren whenever he can and takes great satisfaction in their growth towards productive members of society.
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Richard Lewis offers his clients expert advice and a practical perspective on their real estate investments.
After working in hospitality management for 5 years, Richard started his commercial real estate career with Torode Realty, Barclay Street’s predecessor in 1989. Since then, Richard and has become an invaluable member to the Investment Sales team and a strong mentor to a number of newer team members.
As a Calgary-born and raised native, Richard has gained a solid understanding of the Calgary market and delivers on the high service standards Albertans have become known for. Richard has worked with investors of all sizes in a variety of industries with a focus on inner city properties. In his career, Richard has helped many of his clients become pioneer investors in Calgary areas that are now the most sought-after parts of city such as Stephen’s Avenue and Inglewood.
In his spare time, Richard tackles residential and commercial renovation projects and enjoys a variety of alpine activities and traveling throughout Canada.
Sarah Lisson joined Barclay Street Real Estate in 2012 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to David Wallach, the company’s CEO. With over 10 years of client relation experience and extensive management experience, Sarah manages the office’s day-to-day operations and keeps David organized so he can focus on the company and its clients. When not working, Sarah’s daughter keeps her busy but she also enjoys attending the theatre and baking or cooking in her spare time.
A native of Michigan and Minnesota, Theresa moved to Canada in September 2001 and has been in the Real Estate industry since 1993. Her experience is in office, retail, industrial, residential (condos, retirement homes and rentals) and property development which 8 years were spent in the USA and 18 years in Canada. She is skilled in Asset Management, lease negotiations, property management, acquisitions, dispositions and client services. She has market knowledge of Alberta and British Columbia. Her focus at Barclay Street is team building, client services, company growth and instituting process and procedures. Theresa was also a Director on the Canadian Federation of Apartments Association Board and a past Director and Vice-President of the Calgary Apartment Association (2006 through 2009), where she helped successfully lobby for no rent controls to be implemented in Alberta.

Murray brings over 25 years of development in commercial property sales and leasing, build to suit and land development. Murray has perennially been a performer throughout his career, with Top Producer awards from both of his previous firms.
He entered business in 1987 after graduating in Economics at the University of Alberta and pursuing an athletic career, Murray has been actively involved in exclusive landlord/tenant representations, build to suit projects and land sales.
A long time Alberta family, Murray's many interests include his wife and 2 young children, the cottage and many sporting activities.
Jon Mook started his real estate career in 1998 and has built a reputation in Alberta based on integrity, professionalism and above all results. Throughout his career, Jon has headed over 700 transactions in the sales and leasing of industrial properties resulting in hundreds of satisfied clients.
As a local development expert, he has completed 20 design build facilities where he has played a key role from start to finish of the project, giving Jon in-depth experience in the development of industrial facilities. Currently, he has 7 design build projects underway.
As the Executive Vice President of Barclay Street Real Estate's Industrial division, Jon leads a team of dedicated industrial professionals who place service and integrity above all else. The team is committed to helping clients with all services including land and building acquisitions and dispositions, design build facilities/land development and leasing, subleasing and renewals within multi-tenant buildings.
Over the years, Jon has gained the esteem and admiration of his clients and colleagues by demonstrating a strong attention to detail and high degree of market insight in every transaction he negotiates.
Through all stages of a transaction, Jon exercises due diligence to ensure his client’s needs are fully met and all the documentation is complete and accurate. With extensive experience in both the leasing and sales processes in the industrial market, Jon has gained a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all facets to assist with client inquiries from tax appeals to valuations to financing.
Outside of work, Jon is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife of 12 years and 3 children. Often he can be found at the rink watching his kids play hockey or attending other events such as competitive gymnastics, karate and dance.
With over 15 years in the real estate market, Ann-Marie Muldoon has gained a well rounded understanding of the industry. In 1997, she started her career with Barclay Street and after a period with another real estate firm, found her way back to Barclay Street. As the Executive Assistant to Jon Mook for the past 11 years, Ann-Marie works closely with Jon on his Design Build Projects and also assists the Industrial team ensuring the office is running smoothly and all clients’ needs are met. Currently, Ann-Marie is working to complete her Property Management certification at Mount Royal University.
When not in the office, Ann-Marie enjoys outdoor activities with her family including swimming, biking and skiing and partaking in fun family road trips.
Ryan joined Barclay Street in 2019, bringing with him 5 years of commercial maintenance experience with him. Ryan obtained his 5th Class power Engineering certificate through SAIT in 2016. Ryan takes pride in his work ethic and is very committed to give the highest level of customer service. Ryan spends quality time with his family and his Church Ministry.
