Reece is our newest member of the Barclay Street property management team and formally worked in various trade related industries allowing him to develop and very detailed understanding as to how the various trades operate within certain parameters to deliver great service to building owners. Reece has demonstrated a very proficient ability to work with the trades to ensure timely and budgeted completion of various projects at his respective sites. Reece is very proficient when it comes to working with various Board’s as he currently manages a large multi-residential portfolio in Calgary. He has demonstrated great ability and we see great potential in his abilities to date.
Sarah Lisson joined Barclay Street Real Estate in 2012 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to David Wallach, the company’s CEO. With over 10 years of client relation experience and extensive management experience, Sarah manages the office’s day-to-day operations and keeps David organized so he can focus on the company and its clients. When not working, Sarah’s daughter keeps her busy but she also enjoys attending the theatre and baking or cooking in her spare time.
Lee-Anne comes to Barclay with over 15 years’ experience in Property Management. Lee-Anne started her career in property management in Montreal, where she was the tenant service coordinator for large buildings in the downtown area. After moving to Calgary she continued her love of property management where she then worked as a Property Administrator in Retail, Industrial and Commercial buildings . In addition to obtaining her Real Estate License, Lee-Anne is currently working on her RPA and FMA to add to her knowledge and education. She has a passion for property management and interacting with people.
Amy McGregor recently joined Barclay Street as an associate, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for retail space in the greater Calgary Area. Her wide range of commercial real estate experience gives Amy a comprehensive understanding of the leasing trends specific to the market and allows her to offer a greater depth of understanding and strategy to her clientele. Through her extensive contact network and expansion of her business activities, Amy can provide proactive services customized to market conditions, and locate opportunities addressing the specific needs of her clients.
Murray brings over 25 years of development in commercial property sales and leasing, build to suit and land development. Murray has perennially been a performer throughout his career, with Top Producer awards from both of his previous firms.
He entered business in 1987 after graduating in Economics at the University of Alberta and pursuing an athletic career, Murray has been actively involved in exclusive landlord/tenant representations, build to suit projects and land sales.
A long time Alberta family, Murray's many interests include his wife and 2 young children, the cottage and many sporting activities.
Jon Mook started his real estate career in 1998 and has built a reputation in Alberta based on integrity, professionalism and above all results. Throughout his career, Jon has headed over 700 transactions in the sales and leasing of industrial properties resulting in hundreds of satisfied clients.
As a local development expert, he has completed 20 design build facilities where he has played a key role from start to finish of the project, giving Jon in-depth experience in the development of industrial facilities. Currently, he has 7 design build projects underway.
As the Executive Vice President of Barclay Street Real Estate's Industrial division, Jon leads a team of dedicated industrial professionals who place service and integrity above all else. The team is committed to helping clients with all services including land and building acquisitions and dispositions, design build facilities/land development and leasing, subleasing and renewals within multi-tenant buildings.
Over the years, Jon has gained the esteem and admiration of his clients and colleagues by demonstrating a strong attention to detail and high degree of market insight in every transaction he negotiates.
Through all stages of a transaction, Jon exercises due diligence to ensure his client’s needs are fully met and all the documentation is complete and accurate. With extensive experience in both the leasing and sales processes in the industrial market, Jon has gained a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all facets to assist with client inquiries from tax appeals to valuations to financing.
Outside of work, Jon is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife of 12 years and 3 children. Often he can be found at the rink watching his kids play hockey or attending other events such as competitive gymnastics, karate and dance.
With over 15 years in the real estate market, Ann-Marie Muldoon has gained a well rounded understanding of the industry. In 1997, she started her career with Barclay Street and after a period with another real estate firm, found her way back to Barclay Street. As the Executive Assistant to Jon Mook for the past 11 years, Ann-Marie works closely with Jon on his Design Build Projects and also assists the Industrial team ensuring the office is running smoothly and all clients’ needs are met. Currently, Ann-Marie is working to complete her Property Management certification at Mount Royal University.
When not in the office, Ann-Marie enjoys outdoor activities with her family including swimming, biking and skiing and partaking in fun family road trips.
Bart brings a variety of real estate experience to Barclay Street Real Estate, from condominium management with First Service Residential, administrating funding programs for social housing projects, property development of affordable housing, and project management for the construction of high-end residential housing. Through this experience, he has developed the valuable skill of effectively prioritizing conflicting demands.
Bart remains active in the political arena, and is involved in long distance running and personal fitness in his spare time. He always manages to keep a smile on his face in stressful situations.
Dana has worked in building operations for over 6 years and in this time has established an excellent understanding of preventative maintenance and repair programs as it pertains to mechanical system operations. Dana has completed 5th Class Power Engineering through SAIT and holds a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate through ABSA. Dana prides himself in his excellent customer relations and tenants have complimented his efforts in this regard on numerous occasions.
In his spare time Dana enjoys fishing and camping throughout Alberta and BC.
